- robert watkins Added August 14, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We went to Rutherford this afternoon to buy 6 chairs. The sales (non sales) lady told us that because they were closing down we had to buy the table and the chairs.
This was ok with us but we needed pricing. She told us the price of one dining set then went to her desk and played with dockets. Every time we wanted to know a price we had to go to the office area to ask the price.
We did find a setting we liked and were prepared to buy but we were so upset with the lack of
service this person gave we left the store and purchased 6 chairs from Harvey Norman. These
chairs cost us more than your table and chairs. It is no wonder your stores are closing if this is the type of service you provide.
