  Purchased a vehicle recently from the team at Highway Ford. Everyone was amazing from start to finish, from Chris the salesman to the girls in delivery, everyone was fantastic to deal with, always pleasant and happy to go that extra mile for you. Would highly recommend Highway Ford not only on price but the next level service they give you. Thank you again Highway Ford!

  2005 ford courrier td 2.5 4wd new motor new turbo new tyres imobilizer light coming on while driving keeps stalling ,stopping wont start taken to auto electrition said nothing could find wrong with it didnt happen there. drove away broke down 1km away nrma called nothing he could do ,tow truck to mechanic didnt stall in test drive towed to ford at rutherford told them my situation urgent said they couldnt find fault drove car to cardiff wholesale dealer didnt miss a beat told them wanted to trade in then it wouldnt start ,have to leave for melbourne next day previously booked tickets to tasmania ferry accomodation loose money got $500 trade in on $11000 navara dont buy a ford not happy at all.

  Purchased a Ford Focus RS from this dealership and its safe to say they were nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Tim the salesman is an absolute professional and gentleman. He went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly with the sale and even accomodated a pick up time for me on his day off due to my busy work schedule. Sara in guest relations was always in contact to let me know the progress of the car being ready (It had its first service completed and a detail done as it was a demo car) and even sent me follow up emails to ensure everything was going well 5 days after I picked up the car. Highly reccomend dealing with Tim if you want one of the best and most honest salesman! I'd give 10 stars if google would let me

  Poor after sales.
  
  Purchased a demonstrator car from them, which i felt was a reasonable deal and I am happy with the car. At time of purchase (being a demonstrator) Highway Ford sales team couldn't find the Service Books or the keys to roof racks. Part of the sale was that I would be supplied a service book and the roof rack keys. It took 4 weeks and more than one f phone call to get a new service book sent to me. As for the roof rack keys, they initially said they would get them cut and sent out to me. This wasn't done and it took many phone calls and follow ups by me only to have the sales man (Chris) say i had to get the keys cut myself and they would reimburse me to cost. It took them until the end of August to tell me this (5 weeks after purchase) so very poor service there. This I did and gave them the receipt for $20.00 (yes $20 lousy dollars). To date, (14 weeks after purchase) despite the Sales Manager (John) agreeing to repay me the cost of the keys, I still have not been repaid. The sales staff at Highway Ford after they make a sale, have a customer service rating of zero. The sad thing is, for $20, they may have missed out on a new car sale. A mate of mine who recently purchased a new Ford Everest was interested in going to Highway Ford to see what they could do. I told him about my experience and he never bothered getting a quote from them, instead he purchased elsewhere. Lost opportunity Highway Ford !!! And all over $20.00. I hope it was worth it.

  The Service Manager Paul Thompson is extremely rude and unhelpful, Seems the dealer principal excepts this type of behavior from this staff member, Service your car elsewhere. happy for ford to contact me you have my number.
